Meggan Teague serves as Vice President of Strategy and Client Success at Association Options. With more than 15 years of association and nonprofit management experience, Meggan has served in a variety of leadership roles in the association industry.
Prior to joining Association Options, Meggan served as a business development executive at SmithBucklin, an association management company. During her time at SmithBucklin, Meggan worked with association leaders to evaluate potential opportunities for achieving results and growth through the utilization of resources and capabilities. She also led industry relations efforts to increase SmithBucklin’s visibility and involvement within the association community.
Through her work at Association Options, she has helped to lead organizations through strategic planning, CEO/Executive Director searches, and organizational assessments. Meggan is focused on guiding associations to identify the right leaders and resources to achieve organizational effectiveness, thrive in the future and be prepared for uncertainty.
Meggan is passionate about volunteering in the association industry and currently serves as a member and incoming Chair of the Association Forum of Chicagoland’s Award Committee. Meggan is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
