Emma Rider is a current graduate student studying Public Administration at the College of Charleston. She greatly values helping others and is extremely passionate about policy work, specifically in the realm of healthcare. She is a recent graduate of The University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor of Art in Public Health with a concentration in Criminal Justice. Her recent work experience includes being a Community Engagement Intern at The Parkinson’s Foundation. During her time with The Foundation, she did policy research, implemented changes to resource listings, developed profiles for research advocates, and coordinated outreach to community-based organizations. Emma has previous experience in customer service positions as well as administrative positions.
