The Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) recently hired an assistant executive director. Due to the success and growth of ANJC, one of the most successful chiropractic associations nationally, this was one of our most important hires. To ease the burden of going through such a tedious and challenging process, ANJC hired Bill Pawlucy In order to enhance the likelihood of success. In my 36 year career as a chiropractor and 8 years as an executive director, it’s been rare when I can say that any one person has exceeded my expectations, Simply stated, Bill did just that. ANJC not only has in place an assistant executive director that is extraordinary, but the entire process from selection to hiring was incredibly choreographed by Bill. On behalf of the WG, I want to say we appreciate the extra steps you have had to assist us with lately - sending things more than once and remind us of tasks. The significant extra time the past week both out of the office and "attending" video/audio conferences has made it difficult to get everything done for our "real jobs" and track everything.
